Short Pump Town Center Shopping Extravaganza
Our most successful fundraiser to date.  Although the total amount hasn't been calculated, we raised at least $500 at the fundraiser.  Thanks to all who sold tickets and volunteered at the table. Judy and Perry, Ann, Amy & her mother, Sue, Krissie, Kathy, Diana and Carrie. And extra thanks to Lynn who coordinated the event. Thanks to all who purchased tickets as well. We appreciate your support!!

Annual Fall Yard Sale
We raised $225 this year at our annual fundraiser. Thank you again to all who donated items, and thanks to Diana, Amy, Judy, Carrie, Lynn and Krissie for working the tables. We are interested in exploring other venues for next year's fundraiser, so if anyone knows of a school or church or any other place, we are interested to hear more.

Rebecca, our Creative Memories consultant, walked us through creating storyboards while demonstrating the Creative Memories properties. We created several pages for the Alumnae Chapter scrapbook while we snacked on Judy's baked goodies! Shirley Plantation’s Twelve Generations of Christmas
Although we were unable to lunch at Indian Fields Tavern, we still toured the Shirley Plantation.  It was beautiful, decorated in Christmas themes from different eras, and we rounded out the day at TJ's Grill in the Jefferson Hotel. Starry Nights at Veritas Winery
This is sure to become an annual event! Carrie, Ann, Krissie, Diana and Nicki, a new face from Charlottesville, spent the evening under the stars, feasting on the picnic we brought, sampling the Veritas wine and listening to the live band. We also got to see a meteor shower!!!
